Please find our fees and terms and conditions below. This brief document outlines the rules and expectations for a safe and enjoyable learning experience. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to adhere to these terms, ensuring a positive and productive swimming journey with us.
Fees
Group lessons
$20 per lesson (invoiced for the whole term)
Group lessons only available in terms 1 and 4
Baby lessons
$18 per lesson (invoiced for a whole term)
Private lesson 15 minutes
$30 per lesson (invoiced for the whole term)
Private lesson 30 minutes
$60 per lesson (invoiced for a whole term)
Terms and Conditions
Fees

Swim Fees are payable by the due date as set out on your invoice.

You must advise The Valley Swim school a month in advance in writing that swimming lessons are no longer required. It is your responsibility to provide notice of cancellation.

Non payment of fees will result in your child being unable to continue their lessons until the account is paid in full.

Accounts in arrears will be referred to a debt collection agency with all associated collection costs charged to the debtor.​​

We do not operate on Public Holidays. If your lesson falls a day of a Public Holiday, you will not be charged for this lesson.

Lessons may need to be cancelled. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

There will be no refund for lessons missed due to conflicting activities, holidays or if you choose to miss a lesson.

There may be occasions when the time of a class is changed, however this will be done in communication with the caregiver.
Pool conditions

All under 3's MUST wear a disposable little swimmer nappy, even if they are toilet trained. Babies must wear a double layer protection.

Use of cameras and videos: You are permitted to film or photograph your own child, however, you are NOT permitted to film or photograph other children without the permission of the swim instructor and other parents involved.

Minimum ratios per class apply. Should class numbers fall below minimum ratios the lesson time may be rescheduled.

Rash vests are encouraged as they keep your child a little warmer. If worn they must be tight and not baggy.

This is not a public pool, so you need to supervise your child/children before and after lessons.
Make-up lesson policy:
Group/Baby lessons:

There will be no refund for lessons missed due to conflicting activities, illness, holidays or if you choose to miss a lesson.

We will provide 1x make-up per term for missed lessons. We must receive notification that you will not be attending lessons at least 2 hours before your lesson start time.

Space in make-up classes is not guaranteed and is dependent on availability.

The Valley Swim School reserves the right to cancel booked make-up lessons in the event a lesson is required for a new customer.

Credit is not available as an alternative.

Make-up lessons cannot be guaranteed with the same tutor.

Credits will be considered only in cases of serious medical incapacity or illness after 3 consecutive lessons have been missed for which a medical certificate is required.
Private lessons.

Normal fee will be applied to any "no show" private lessons.

We will offer 1x make up lesson for a missed lesson due to illness. We must receive notification that you will not be attending lessons at least 4 hours before the lesson start time.

Space in make-up classes is not guaranteed and is dependent on availability.

The Valley Swim School reserves the right to cancel booked make-up lessons in the event a lesson is required for a new customer.

Credit is not available as an alternative.

For missed lessons, normal fee will apply. We are required to pay our instructors and pool hire for the time of the lesson throughout the full term, regardless of student attendance.
